Journal: He Who Holds It, Wields It [10/25/21]

October 25, 2021

To withhold your Self
from living out
that which it contains
is the great sin you hold.

I: But “the heart is deceitful…” *

I: I also recall that the heart is also spoken of as opposite…**

I: So to live out one, but not the other, is to neglect living according to the full measure of the heart….?

The heart is more like

I:……. The Ring… LOTR

Yes. He who holds it, wields it.

I: I was told that “Ka has my heart.” After some initial research I conclude this to mean something like my Soul; or, to find my heart, first find my Soul – attainment via association.

* Jeremiah 17:9 – “The heart is more deceitful than all else and is desperately sick, who can understand it?”

** Jeremiah 29:13 – “You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.”
Psalm 37:4 – “Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.”
Matthew 6:21 – “Wherever your treasure is, there your heart is also.”
1 Chronicles 17:2 – “And Nathan the prohphet said to King David, “Do all that is in your heart, for God is with you.”
