To withhold your Self
from living out
that which it contains
is the great sin you hold. 

I: But “the heart is deceitful…” *

Yes

I: I also recall that the heart is also spoken of as opposite…**

Yes

I: So to live out one, but not the other, is to neglect living according to the full measure of the heart….?

The heart is more like

I:……. The Ring…..in LOTR

Yes. He who holds it, wields it. 

I: I was told that “Ka has my heart.” After some initial research I conclude this to mean something like my Soul; or, to find my heart, first find my Soul – attainment via association.
